Clarasonic mia review

hey,

So i received the Mia after sooo long because of the bank holidays and back tracking of the royal mail but i was really excited when it came i straight away followed the instructions and plugged in to the socket and it started making a beeping notice but with a thump each time! i thought hang on a second is it suppose to do that? it was giving me a headache too!

i looked on the booklet no mention... it says the led at the back should flash but mine does not...

i am really worried although i got my item on sale i really don't want to go thought the hassle of returning the product blah blah getting another one it kind of makes the excitement go away of having one because you pay a lot of money for something u don't expect anything wrong with it and when there is you feel like crap!

Any advice?

i'll charge it one last time and then if it still isn't working i'll call customer device for a exchange but i really am disappointed!!!!!
